Top-Down Stealth Game Prototype

Indie developer looking to work with a programmer in building a top-down stealth game prototype for Unity 3D. Game is to be developed for both PC and the next gen consoles, meaning it will require both mouse/keyboard and controller input builds. If you already have a preexisting build with accompanying scripts that could be geared towards a rough play test, let me know. In terms of gameplay, some of the features to be implemented are ambient occlusion from the perspective of the player, multi-levels of awareness for enemies, hiding behind cover, light exposure of player determines how easy they are to spot, toggle between walking and sneaking, toggle between armed and unarmed, interactions with environment such as dousing light sources, opening/closing doors and other familiar tropes withing the stealth genre. Games with similar mechanics include: Mark of the Ninja, Hotline Miami, Metal Gear Solid, Tenchu, Thief, Splinter Cell. Again, I am looking to work out a rough prototype and slowly build and refine it over time. If we work well together and you job is well done, we may continue expanding the project.
