Good morning, My name is Tony and have been significant experience building user interfaces with scroll bars in C++, C and VBA. I am new to Freelancer but I can say that I am highly qualified. I will build the form with the following features: 1) A vertical elevator on the right side of the form. 2) The elevator scrolls rapidly up or down while the right mouse button is pressed without being released. 3) The elevator will also accommodate single clicks to move up or down. 4) A facility that allows the user to jump to the first or last record in the list. 5) A facility that allows the user to type text and the list will scroll to the first item that matches the text being typed.
