Use the libavcodec library to create a command line program which equals the same function as this ffmpeg command line: ffmpeg -i [login to view URL] -b:v 800k -s cif -map 0:0 -map 0:1 -map 0:2 -c:a copy ./[login to view URL] The source code, trancodingExample.c, is attached here. This program is based on the trancoding.c example in the libavcodec source tree. This existing source does produce an output file but it doesn't play on VLC.
