detect empty parking space using openCV

Hello Sir! I've worked with Emgu-CV framework so I can say that I understand the needs of the project. Basically, If you are recording with a camera in a parking lot and you want to detect an empty parking space, Emgu-CV allows you to get the video stream and to manipulate it in your C# app. Then, you can take a picture (freeze the video stream) and process the image. Obviously, you can do that twice per second or more using LockBits (for processing speed). This is the core of the project and I can do that for you. Respectfully, Ionita Cosmin
