I need to add a DropDown ( which needs to be filled by a SQL lookup of Categories ) I need to be able to open an E-Mail and then select the Category from the ddlCategories DropDown List Then I need to write back the selection onChange If you know your code you'll know what I'm getting at, if you know what you're doing it shouldn't be too difficult, I don't know Microsfot Outlook devlopment. Using MS Outlook 365

You could simply create an Outlook addin which will add the region such as action-pane so then the drop-down would be placed there. And you could link the drop-down with your SQL by using C# code performed the add-in. Let me know if this method OK for you

Are you sure about your requirements? I did come to bid i came to suggest you that giving a onchange event in mail is way too dangerous it leads to hacking. Think over the requirement once again and post back, i will be ready to help you. But saying that still your requirement can be done! Thanks!
