After that you need to check if the client of the insurance exist in the database, if he doenst exist, you need to add that user with his data in the desktop app. Then create an operation with the type “Insurance”, need to add the first client in the field of payer and in the tourists fields add all the clients of the insurance, the value of the field Netto fill it with the value of rubles of the access database, the value of Brutto has to be filled as a number of the Netto multiplied by 2. Fill the number (with the Policy ID), the Creation date, the Start Date, the End Date, Country, in the description write “Policy”.
