My relatives are running family business which is a supermarket chain with 5 branches. They have in a business for a while and they needed to upgrade their core system, and tried, and seen several solutions but did not satisfy their requirement. I used to be a programmer before my carrier change so I proposed to develop something suitable for their small business that would satisfy their needs but unfortunately I was not able to complete it and stooped with 20% is pending. I used c# for the windows forms and Microsoft SQL for the database (data replication is involved). I'm attaching a high level requirement document and looking for a team to complete the project and if the team profs himself then I will continue with him to develop web-based version of the same project, and also a mobile app to cover customer features. This is a special system for a person who is really close and I cant be embarrassed with him anymore since I've already delayed the project myself, so please if you are not committed to time and quality please don't contact me. I'm looking for a dedicated team (no individual freelancer please) who is well qualified and experienced, and professional enough to maintain privacy and intellectual property Uncompleted Tasks: Testing outcome of some forms Develop some missed functionality in some forms Testing to the rest of the forms Develop new forms for accounting, and management Develop system reports via FastReport technology Develop data replication to keep all branches master data up to date Validations for all forms Integrate graphic designer themes into system * Support system go-life and 6 months after installation

I really appreciate your efforts for satisfaction of customer. But your estimates are too low. What I will suggest you is this. Let's be in win win situation. As you were programmer you must know how much efforts are required to learn an existing system and make modifications. 1 or 2 days will be required for learning the application. Then the changes could be made. Also you need testing of the application, and some new forms needs to be developed. It will take not lesser than 15 days for changes. For testing more days will be required. I will charge 500$ for development and enhancements. And another 100$ for testing. Do let me know what do you think about the proposal. Thanks Minal
