Prototype like Talking Tom's Voice Repeater

Hi all freelancers, i need a simple prototype of talking tom's talkback in Unity 3D. the requirements are simple, please read carefully below : 1) set Animation to "IDLE" status 2) Apps read user's voice from Microphone 3) Filter only sound that above X (parameterized) volume that only categorized as sound to be playback 4) Once it done, please set Animation to "LISTENING" status 5) Once user's stop her speech then (a) PlayBack the sound (b) set Animation to "TALKING" 6) Once PlayBack Done, set Animation back to "IDLE" status Note, to be parameterized : 1) we also have to limit of recording time, for example 15 seconds or 30 seconds (parameterized) 2) sounds to be categorized as voice, if too quiet then DONT playback 3) i just need PROTOTYPE CODE, No need to create Animation/3d MODELS. 4) so YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN ANIMATION or get it from [login to view URL] Please PM me with text of "SPEECH", so you have read all requirements...
