Tiff to PDF Conversion

This is a super simple project. 1. I have the tiff Images and I will load them into the PDF converter. 2. The tiff to pdf should create a pdf and open it in the default pdf application. 3. This is very important to be able to click on button take each tiff add it to a page in the pdf converter then open the file in the default pdf viewer. 4. I do not want them to have to save the file then open it. 5. I want the code to open the default pdf viewer and open the file that is created automatically. 6. I will be able to load the tiff images on demand to the pdf converter. There will be no need to write some kind of tiff loader. I have single page tiffs that will be added as a page to the pdf. I need this code as soon as possible I cannot wait days. Thanks and good luck bidding.
