Unity C# Advertising board(Desktop App)

We are looking to have a small addon application added to an existing payment kiosk for a secondary screen to run advertisements. The application developed will connect to an already built database under mssql and utilize already created 3D objects optimized for unity. What we are needing done is: 1. Create a scene with 3 panes for 3D item image, discount text information and dates, and last sales. Scenes will require a resource file where all elements for font, background color, text color, ect can be assigned in a file to change based on customers color scheme. 2. Parse mssql database for discounts and load them based on if they are active or not for day of week, date/time range, and is active flag 3. Import item 3D files that are in current Discount Table and add some 'animation' to them such as 360 spin, zoom in and out, and others(You can be somewhat creative here) 4. Create an app config that allows for the changing of rotation time of discounts between each available, Set types of 'animation' used for item scene, color text, and background text. I have attached an image similar to the pane layout except we will have different information in these panes direct from our mssql tables instead of any web feeds.
