update various forms in c sharp winforms with sql server db

All work to be done on my system via desktop remote as I already have all the needed files at the ready. Mostly Completed: Email alert on punch discrepancies: If a users punches in the morning but does NOT punch out for lunch and the punches back in after lunch an email should be sent to their supervisor. Basically when the punches are not in-out, in-out (paired) then send the email. will need to update db table: Add JobStartDate (Maybe also add probation flag) to work with Group Holiday add +60days before holidays are applied. Punch grid: after editing a punch for a user the focus should return to the user.... will also have to add a button to go back to original view. An absence report: create a report that will allow the admin/supervisor to see absences by one or more types, with variable date range and by individual or department. HR Repor: When sorting the HR report by first name, the “Total” row gets moved to between Tammy (Downing) and Travis (Wegerer). This row should be locked as the last row regardless of how the HR report is sorted. - add a department grouping option limit absent time to 8 hours per day: The system allows for adding multiple paid absences for the same time period (Give an employee 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours funeral pay on the same day). Only one of the absences entered will show up on the HR report, but supervisors shouldn’t have the capability to enter multiple paid absences for the same time period. Mostly completed: Resizing the window on the HR report doesn’t expand the data area. It would be helpful to have the data expand to show more data when the window is enlarged. Partially completed Please implement a drop-down box to assist supervisors with entering vacation, funeral, etc? Currently supervisors have to select the date, start time of leave (HH/MM/SS and AM/PM) and end time of leave (HH/MM/SS and AM/PM). It would be simpler for the supervisor to select a date and duration of time ranging from 1-8 hours rather than have to enter all that information, which is much more prone to error. Also maybe add an option to select 1-10 days? Let me know your thoughts on this.
