I need someone to develop a simple windows minifilter driver that monitors all the IO operations on a Windows system and logs the process name, operation type (Read/Write), file path of the files being accessed. You can use the minispy driver demo from Microsoft for this as well, just make sure that I can see the logs (either written to a file on filesystem or output on the console) with the option to restrict or allow the said operation. The project should be compatible with Visual Studio 2015, and I would need detailed instructions to setup the source code and run it on my windows pc.

I believe I can do what you need. You essentially want a monitor for I/O on file operations. Setting up the code on your PC won't be a problem.
