Fire Sprinkler CAD Designer - Residential

I am in need of a design for a multipurpose fire sprinkler system (P2904) for a brand new residence in Colorado. CAD and calculations are required by the county. PEX have to be used in order to integrate with my plumbing system (to be done after this project is completed). The house is aprox. 4,000 sqft and even if is not required - I would like to include the garage - additional 1,500 sqft. Thank you
