Hello, My name is Jason, and I would like to talk to you about the Land scape drawings/ plans you would to have created. I have done a few of these over the years, but have completely changed my drawing style to a much more end user friendly style. I draw everything in3D just as it would on site. Doing so allows me to really get the whole idea, of not just the construction of a project, but the complete look, an feel of how the project will look when finished. Adding shadows, and light textures to give a2d image the feel of 3d object jut by looking at the images and not having to spell out everything such as grain direction is my goal. I use 11”x17” drawing format for all the drawings. This included a cover sheet with a drawing list as well as a key for any symbols I use (typical architectural) as well as any notes. The 2nd page is typical a spec. page to call out all the material that is used and where it is coming from (ie. Vender). I fallow drafting standers, here is a short list of typical standards I fallow. • Maintain scale through the whole set. • Create layers for each component • Use paper space for title block and notes • Use a stranded file format and numbering system.
