Facilitator with good academic background and strong communication skills required to drive the competency based programs for associates, senior associates till team leads level.

Trainer skillset - Trainer should have delivered behavioural trainings prior inclusive of Business Communication, Goal Setting, Prioritization, Assertiveness, Team work, Change Management, Workplace Relationship, Business Etiquette etc.

We shall do train the trainer post joining us to deliver the set expected training interventions in our location.
