It will take approximately 120 hours @ 25usd / hour so Ill charge $3000 usd. This will get you a 3d model of the 4 plex strip mall and a set of 2D prints. for the Building, the grounds, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, with potential upstairs Ill assume you mean ceiling height sufficient for another floor or mezzanine? I am a Civil Engineer and have completed my Master's in Structural Engineering. I know and have used software such as Primavera, ETABS, Staad Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc. I am currently working on a Hospital building and a 3BHK Residential Building.
