Ghostwriter needed for a fiction based on truth book

I'm looking for a ghostwriter to work with on a new project. This person should be prepared to submit samples of work to prove job can be done thoroughly. This is an autobiography, this will be all truths but we would like the book to be entertaining and read like a regular fiction book. The majority will be about time in Vietnam, but will include childhood, boot camp, and life after military. This is a Marine's story, so should be comfortable with mature content. - Must be willing to sign a NDA upon being awarded project. We are willing to give credit in the book as the ghostwriter. -Once awarded the project, the pay scale will not be upfront. We will require quarterly submissions of the book and upon satisfactory job, 25% of the budget will be paid upon each quarter that is approved. Our budget is pretty small for this project, so be sure you're willing to put in the effort of a book of at least 25-300 pages long for a small amount. -Please understand that this will probably be a lengthy process as data will be given back and forth from the storyteller and the writer.
