I’m contacting you from Global Listings ([login to view URL]) regarding an exciting project to research and write descriptions and other metadata for Hollywood and international (mostly from Asia) films and TV series. In some cases we will be able to provide some source information to you, but your own research will also be required and all writing will need to be conducted from scratch so that the descriptions are totally original works by you. Information that needs to be written/provided by you will include: descriptions (max 200 characters), actors, director, country of origin, running time, etc. A full brief will be provided when the projects are allocated. The project will be split into two: 1) Movies and series descriptions and metadata 2) Episodic descriptions for TV series The above will be an ongoing project, and will run from June to November 2018. You will need to deliver the files on a weekly basis (with a cycle of approx 8 weeks per project). We are offering £2.50 per title for the initial project (number 1 above), and we would need you to provide the descriptions and associated metadata for a minimum of 150 titles per week throughout the first 6-week period. If you are interested, we will put together a short sample file for you to complete, which will contain four titles for you to provide information on. Please note that this will be a free sample.
