**_Project Overview_****:**

This particular project is for Web Site Content articles relating to various IT industry specific topics.

Our plan for 2005 is to take a number of our core interests and streamline niche themes and identities. This would involve a series of content related projects here on RAC for each interest; a ‘revamp’ for all of our local web site faces is intended, this being the first.

One of these faces is OLIVE LABS, a spin off from my previous involvement in DaisyChip Pty Ltd (AUST) and its associated product lines ‘[url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and Creative On-Hold Messages’.

With Olive Labs already having clients from ‘word of mouth’. We are I consider now at a point where we need to create a bunch of high quality arête content which is able to relay the ‘overall’ theme or feel of ‘down to earth’ common sense professional ‘blueprint’ approach that we are known for by our clients ??" plain and simply we are 100% transparent with processes, solutions and costs.

We act with the following ‘value’ in place at all times in our Code of Client-Care, “A System which is based on client benefits is the only type of system which ensures long-term success and pride in one's profession. Olive Labs, and its team members will at all times place the interests of clients above their own??. This is our first core value, in a list of many that we adhere to when providing services to our clients.

We now would like to portray this theme in our written Web Site Content.

I am looking for talented, arête writers with good web research skills and excellent written English to write unique, articles using the related notes, overview and keyword phrases that will be provided. The writing style should be informative, creative and conversational I need high quality articles.

**_Project Description_****:**

This project is ‘part A’ of a strategic revamp, and is for the creation of web site content based on the site map (index) of the Olive Labs NEW web site, and the predefined site layout.

I have included our existing Site Map (Index) to give you and impression of what existing content we have in place.

I require a complete rewrite of existing content integrating it into the new web site content layout. Each article should be a minimum of 450 words and up to 800 words in length, depending upon the topic being discussed. The keyword phrase should be included in each headline, twice in the first paragraph and then at least once in each subsequent paragraph.

Paragraphs should average 3-6sentences. So, for example, a 450-word article for the keyword phrase “online fraud?? should contain this phrase between 6 and 12 times throughout the article. Articles should be chatty, informative and interesting.

The aim is to produce relevant articles that people feel they gained real value and knowledge from reading, as well as doing fairly well in search engines.

On average each article should contain at least 680 words. All articles must be completed within 25 business days.

I will provide the keyword phrases for the articles via the message board for the project listed. I will require the writers to produce proposed titles and short descriptions for the articles they plan to write. The articles should be informative, interesting and conversational in style.

I will pay a minimum per article for the fifty articles required for this project, however I will consider all proposals. If your work justifies a higher price do not hesitate to bid for this project. I am looking for talented, arête writers; who are looking at building a permanent relationship with a professional Group.

If you produce consistent quality work then I have a steady stream of 'piece work' payment basis for other writing related interests. I am looking to form long term writing relationships with talented writers who want to produce work they can be proud of, and get paid for.

Each article must be original. While you may use any reference material you wish there will be no copying of any portion of any outside material. Violation of this will result in immediate cancellation of the contract and the issue being referred to the relevant folk's here at Rent A Coder.

Olive Labs will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Articles that are copied, borrowed or compiled from other sources will NOT be accepted. THEY MUST BE 100%ORIGINAL.

Under no circumstances will the articles written for Olive Labs be re-sold, re-distributed or re-used in any way by the hired writer. All articles must be original.

If you do not believe you would be able to write consistently high quality articles for unique web site content then please do not bid, as each project assigned privately will need to be completed within ten (25) business days.

I am going to stress the importance of excellent English and grammar skills, and the importance of creative, and unique high quality articles. You must be absolutely fluent in English, specific to region, i.e. UK, Canada, America, and Australia. The articles must have zero spelling mistakes. I am looking for articles (copy) that nobody else has, and everybody wants to read.

**_Project Deliverables_****:**

1) Articles MUST be 100% original content. Article length: 450-800 words per article as outlined above.

2) Olive Labs will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Articles must be original. Articles that are copied, borrowed or compiled from other sources will NOT be accepted. NO plagiarism. THEY MUST BE 100% ORIGINAL. The articles written cannot be re-sold, re-distributed or re-used by you in any way. For confidentiality reasons, the successful bidder is not allowed to communicate this assignment (including the articles delivered) to unrelated parties without my express consent.

3) Articles should be submitted as individual text files without formatting. Just line breaks between paragraphs.

4) The files must be named after the keywords (with underscore instead of spaces if the subject line consists of multiple words) e.g.

[url removed, login to view]

5) Please check spelling and grammar before submitting. One zipped file containing all the files is also acceptable. The ten articles must be submitted within ten (25) days of acceptance of the bid.

6) I will review and approve all documents to ensure they meet project specifications. I may ask for the article(s) to be edited if I am not satisfied with the work delivered.

7) Articles are considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

8) The original files need to be erased from the writer's computer within ten (25) days of payment being made.

9) Payment for completed Projects will be made through Rent A Coder or PayPal ONLY.
