Fact Harvesting-CMS Entry

We are an entertainment, interesting-fact website with a very specific format. We are looking for statistic writers to cull facts from highlighted material and work those facts into our particular format. The average "statistic" is approximately 25-30 words, which includes citing the source of the fact. We are posting this as a small business project, in order to give this system a trial, and to build relationships with a group of stat writers. First assignment will be approximately 200 stats. Future submissions will be larger and prior winning bidders will be given preference. We expect a certain learning curve and want our bidders to succeed, so for initial assignments we'll expect some editing on our part. That said, strong English as first language skills are necessary. Sample Statistic: Amount of sleep lost by the average parent in the first year of the babies life: 200 hours. Another sample: Percentage of moviegoers who buy from the concession stand: 87 Seventy-eight percent buy a drink, 68% buy popcorn, and 43% purchase candy. Please quote "per stat" price. ## Deliverables Payment will be based solely on number of stats entered and **then published** . Unacceptable stats will be notated for revision. We expect a certain proportion of stats to need revision, and we expect that as the stat writers become familiar with the form this proportion will grow smaller. Initial assignments will be small to establish preferred relationships, and to increase stat writers comfort level as to what they should be bidding. Please take a look at example PDF's.
