We have products (loyalty solutions and e-commerce) and services (technology consulting). We are looking for a marketing professional to take on a few tasks. One-off tasks and recurring ones.
Your proposal should be:
1. Time bound and fixed in price for the one-off parts of the scope (e.g. revamp website, revamp sales presentation, etc.)
2. Itemized for the recurring or periodic parts of the scope (e.g. manage Linked-In, copywriting at a frequency of once a months, etc.)
Scope of work
1. Ensperity Loyalty Solution (ELS) – product overview
a. ELS Loyalty – you will be provided with a brief on the solution (system), features, prospective customers, competitors, etc. You will also be given a demo. The objective is for you to understand the value proposition.
b. ELS e-Commerce – we may also provide you with a quick overview of our e-Commerce solution which has yet to be launched or made available. The objective is to provide you with a sneak preview so that once ready, it can be added to the ELS product offering (web-site, social media). This is not part of the scope at present.
2. ELS Marketing Plan – you’re expected to participate in the development of ELS marketing plan, in specific deliver the following components:
a. The Message
i. What is the unique selling proposition? Problem we solve.
ii. How will we position the product/service in the customer’s mind?
iii. What makes ELS stand out? What makes us stand out?
3. ELS Website
a. The current website is a temporary one. We’d like you to revamp the existing one. This includes look and feel (branding), visitor experience, etc. The websites should include testimonials, a subscription to newsletter/blog, and ability to download case studies. More on the newsletter/blog/case studies later.
b. Initially, the website will cater for loyalty however, within weeks, the e-commerce solution should be added (pages, description, graphics, etc.)
c. The ELS website should be simple yet attractive, rich in content, and serves as a channel for capturing leads.
d. You are expected to do some basic research of similar leading website to ensure the new website has the same edge. Examples include, but are not limited to, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]
a. Use a simple template to document customer testimonials. Objective is to further advances interest in ELS loyalty.
5. Case studies
a. Use a simple template to document case studies, whether based on Ensperity’s customers or publicly available case studies. Case studies will be used to nurture leads (e.g. sign up to download case study)
6. E-Newsletter or Blog
a. Create a list of topics of interest for prospects. You are expected to review the existing research report and possibly perform your own desktop research to identify topics of interest for the newsletter/blog.
b. Once approved by us, the list will become a calendar type of publication (i.e. articles on the matter)
c. The objective is to draw and nurture leads using the newsletter or bog.
d. Please specify the frequency and expected length of each article/blog post.
e. A qualified copywriter should be responsible for the content.
7. Standard Sales Pitch & associated docs
a. You will be asked to review the existing materials (PowerPoint, talking points, FAQs, ..etc) for the purpose of revamping/creating a new sales pitch document (PowerPoint) that is catchy, visual, clear, delivers on the intended objective of helping sales team close deals.
b. You will also be asked to review the existing customer offer template and revamp the look and feel so it is compatible with the sales pitch (visually) and ensure clarity
c. You may be asked to create a few templates for the sales pitch and customer offers. Templates generally vary depending on customer segment, language of choice, etc. It is expected that we would not need more than 3 templates.
