By Use the code posted in the in the attachment section (Colabs Neural Network Code) for this task. All the code should be done using the Colab system. Construct a neural net to classify a data set of your choice.  Tune the neural network to improve the accuracy of your system.  Compare the performance of the neural net solution with with the logistic regression solution for the same data set.  Generate ROC curves to compare the two approaches- explore how to overlay the ROC curves.
