Client has Crestron code from previous programmer and we have determined the CP3 is unresponsive. It is on the network but it can’t be pinged.
We need a DM programmer to go on site in NYC, see if they can log in to the CP3 and get it to become responsive, possibly via a factory reset and a code restore. If this does not work, we’d like to have a replacement CP3 on hand to switch outC load with code and, hopefully bring the system back online.
There is a 16x16 matrix, 2 projectors, several TV screens, PC sources, Apple TV and cable box sources.
