Setting up of CRM Outlook plugin. Download it and set up the proper connection with your CRM On - Premise so that you will be able to track and set regarding of the emails with your Contact, Accounts, Users, etc. This way then you ll be able to have a history of the email directly in CRM under the contact, account or the entity you have linked it with.
