I worked as a customer service representative for an insurance company based in the US and also I worked on a clothing company that is based in China which I do chat support and email support. My task was to help the customers track their parcels and make them consider to order more rather than of cancelling their purchase products. Furthermore, I worked as a billing and sales specialist in one of the leading service provider in the US. Working under pressure does not affect my desire to excel and perform effectively.
