WORK EXPERIENCE: United States Air Force Abilene, TX 03/2011 – 10/2014 Hours per week: 40 NCOIC – Aircraft Parts Store/Resource Advisor Supervised 24 direct reports in the 24/7 management of USAF warehouse and maintenance facilities. Utilized native supply management software (Enterprise Solution Supply [ESS] and Asset Management System [AMS]) to maintain accurate inventory counts, pinpoint location of inventory, and track supply transactions. Performed weekly inventory counts and reviews. Ensured procedures for minimizing the effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD) were followed, yielding increased equipment reliability, enhanced operational readiness, and reduced lifecycle costs. Managed 2 B-1 mobility readiness air packages (MRSP), ensuring spare parts were ready and available for aircraft. Built mission support kits (MSK) and processed aircraft sustainability modules to validate existence and readiness of inventory based on dynamic (wartime) and/or steady state (peacetime) conditions.
