We’re looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE based in either CANADA or the UNITED STATES, who is extremely motivated to develop our customer engagement across all city markets. KEY DUTIES: - First line of response to all customer and restaurant partner inquiries; from restaurant recommendations to billing issues, service questions and general concerns - Proactively contacting customers and restaurant partners to provide order updates and a high-touch service - Building and developing positive relationships with current and potential customers - Problem solving and turning frustrated customers into repeat customers - Ensuring exceptional service delivery ABOUT YOU: - Confident, friendly ‘people person’ who can establish and maintain solid relations - Quick thinker, fast learner and problem solver - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (food industry experience a bonus) - An entrepreneurial mindset is a must - An ability to get things done and done well - High tolerance for fast-paced, rapid change - Excellent Customer Service Skills - Experience in Call Centre - Phone, Chat and Email Support YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER WITH A RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION
