We’re looking for an entry-level, part-time customer support and delivery assistant to help with customer orders and support. Working closely with our CEO, COO, Customer Support Lead and the rest of the team, you’ll learn what it’s like to build and run a startup disrupting an industry and have the opportunity to contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities:

*Deliver and pick-up all local orders, including on the weekends (weekend availability is required)

*Help prepare non-local orders for shipping

*Answer phones and interact with customers

*Respond to customer email inquiries and requests

*Manage relationship and communication with customer leading up to and during delivery and pickup

*Be point of contact for our customers, ensuring they’re happy with our service

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in college

*Excellent written and spoken English

*Comfort interacting with customers both via phone and email

*Familiarity with business software (e.g., Google Mail and Drive, Dropbox, Slack) and ability to pick up new software quickly

*Attention to detail

*Super organized

*Driver’s license and clean driving record

*Ability to work as part of a team as well as show initiative and work independently

*Eager to learn and contribute

*Knowledge of and/or interest in golf preferred

Pay is hourly and paid every other week.

Although this entry-level position will start out both part-time (minimum of 10 hours, with the week starting on Friday and including weekend work) and short-term (3 months), there is potential for the position to become long-term and perhaps even full-time, depending on the growth of the company and the candidate’s contribution.
