We are a property management company in San Antonio TX USA. I need to find a VA that will do the following: 1: Make cold calls for me of owners who are looking for help with listings of their homes 2: handle all calls into the business, talking to tenants and deal with tenant issues 3: handle in the middle the repair issues. We have full software, so the tenant puts in a repair ticket and you will learn to approve the work and assign the work with a vendor, (we have only approved vendors doing our work). 4: when we get new owners you will have to take the documents( I will prepare and get the owner to sign) you will have to upload the agreements and leases and make sure all is correct in our systems. My thought is that this is a full time job, 40 hours a week. Please let me know the costs for this project. Thank you
