JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, chats, phone calls, creating and modifying bookings in the system. For this role, a strong Internet connection, laptop/PC with headphone or smartphone is required, along with experience using communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision. Responsibilities >Respond to emails/chat messages/incoming phone calls Preferably between 9 AM to 3 PM Australian EST >Calling to prospective customers/client >Provide quotes/invoices for the event and followup >Take new and modify bookings and update into system as per customer request > Provide customer service as the first point of contact >Post on social media for upcoming events and pictures > Coordinating and sending schedules to drivers >Manage a contact list > Roughly around 2hours/day but can go up depending on your skillset and work you can take(Preferably between 9 AM to 3 PM Australian EST), 1 hour before lunch time and 1 hour after lunch time >Perform market research(as and when asked or required) Requirements and skills Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars, booking and scheduling Knowledge of creating quotes/invoices Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills

Hi, I have been through your job description and I find myself capable enough to do avail this wonderful opportunity. I am saying this because I have 5 years of working experience as a Virtual Customer Service representative.I was providing customer service to that customer handling CRMS and things which I was being trained for. Therefore I am familiar with Zendesk, eDesk, Assana, comes and a few other software too.
