Hi. I am a writer and an editor with experience of over 9 years. So far, I have edited 16 full-length novels and scores of stories, articles, essays, research papers, website content, etc. My last project was editing two anthology projects that were subsequently published in paperback. My editing process involves manually editing the text as well as running it through a few editing software to get a more thorough analysis of where the work is required. While editing, I keep an eye out for: 1. Spelling, grammar, and punctuations. 2. Sentence structure and readability. 3. Reading level of the entire text. 4. Uses of adverbs, passive voice and weak words. I aim to make the manuscript its readable best without taking away the author's writing style.
