Virtual Assistant for Customer Support

Hello! My name is Chantella, and I operate an online business (at [login to view URL]) that sells BB guns and blank guns internationally. I need someone that is very motivated and can accomplish the tasks I give them in a timely manner, and pay close attention to details so that there are few mistakes. Here is what I will need you to do: *Answer customer's questions...you will need to answer about 50 questions a day (most are simple questions, others I have a document you can copy and paste answer) *Respond to "offers" on the products...the way I sell my products is the customer sends an offer, I then either "accept", "decline", or send a "counter offer". I will need you to respond to these, and you will be given a guideline that will show you how to respond. *Send out reminder message for customers to either pay or cancel their order *Respond to "disputes" and resolve them *Enter tracking information after package is shipped I only need someone part time right now. I will pay $250 a month...if you are able to accomplish the tasks I send each day within only 2 hours....that's great! You will still get paid for 4 hours! Can work any time during the day, but each task must be completed and report sent to me to show what you did. I pay through paypal. You will be given a trail period of 2 weeks, then paid. If you are doing an outstanding job, I will start paying you $300 after one month. I need someone long term, so please let me know how long you will be able to work for me!
