Our company is looking to hire an office assistant to handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include organizing files, scheduling appointments, writing copy, proofreading, receiving guests and more, depending on the company and its needs. This is a Monday - Friday clerical position. Must have: Clean background Required Skills: • Microsoft proficiency • Ad skills • Marketing Responsibilities: • Answering phone, voicemail • Act as office receptionist when needed • Assist in marketing • Editing and Maintaining our hiring ads
