We are looking for a bookkeeper/administrative assistant with experience in Quickbooks, account management, and office administration. This job will require candidate to make A/P and A/R reports, data entry, prepare billing and send client invoices, and manage all incoming and outgoing revenue.
• 1+ years Administrative experience
• Experienced with Quickbooks (3+ years)
• Well organized with attention to details
• Minimal supervision and capable of multi-tasking
• Good communication and writing skills
