Your job will be to attend customers on Live Chat/Call. 80% of responses will be copy-paste (canned responses), though we would provide full training before commencing the project. We are posting this pilot project primarily to find a good candidate with the right work from home attitude. Candidates must check the starting remuneration and qualifications before applying. Qualifications: 1. Excellent command over written English 2. Experience of working in a call center, computer knowledge will be an added advantage. 3. Part-time is fine. 4. If you are from Canada or the United State, that's would be great for us. Pre-requisites: 1. Desktop or Laptop computer with Windows OS or MacOS, minimum 2GB Ram 2. Power-backup to cover blackouts and electricity outages 3. Stable Internet broadband connection. 4. System free from any malware and viruses to protect our company’s data.
