Collect Youtuber email addresses and build a database

I am looking to build an extensive list of Youtubers with niche audiences, for the purpose of convincing them to use my website - which enables them to sell their time over video chat to their subscribers. I have a very specific profile of Youtuber that I am looking for, and will provide further details once I have accepted your bid. In short, I am looking for Youtubers based in (and with their primary audiences in) the UK, USA and Canada, with between 25,000 and 250,000 subscribers, with very engaged audiences (average number of views per video needs to be very high relative to number of subscribers), who are individuals (not companies or channels with multiple owners), and who produce content for audiences in categories that are conducive to consulting, like SEO, Travel, Entrepreneurship, Urban Farming, Small Businesses/Startups, Blogging/Vlogging and other 'professional' categories. The list I am wanting to build will include the below fields, to be confirmed: - Name of Youtuber - Channel name and link - Associated website (if any) - Associated social links - Number of subscribers (a) - Average number of views for last 20 videos (b) - (a)/(b)*100% - Category of channel - 1 sentence description of what the content is mostly about - Rating from 1-3 on how suited to my website this Youtuber is (very subjective, but that's fine) No automated scraping - I am looking for someone to build a quality list, by hand. Initially, I am looking for a list of 100 Youtubers who fit this profile (20 for each of 5 categories). If all goes well, I will be looking to do 1000 and then 10,000, within the next 2-3 months.
