Thank you so much for taking the time to read my proposal. I'm a newbie here at Freelancer.com and I hope that you'll give me the opportunity to have my first job on this platform. With my experience both in the BPO industry as well as working for some clients previously, I believe that I'm a perfect fit for this data entry project.
Prior to being a virtual assistant, I've worked in the BPO industry for more than 8 years. Most of my experience are related to customer service, mostly through email. In addition, I had the opportunity to handle a team of profile review (proofreading) agents. This involved giving them weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, auditing their work (QA), checking the queue and asking for overtime work if needed, preparing attendance reports to be submitted to payroll department, and many other things.
After that, I've decided to try online work. I've done research & data entry tasks for clients from the US, Australia & UK through another online platform. One asked me to create a list of funeral homes, while the other requested me to find digital marketing companies for certain states in the US. I also did find articles for that client in Australia based on the criteria given, normally related to business and investments.
