We have provided a tool using which you have to enter the required fields. Video of the Tool (on how to do data entry is available at - [login to view URL])
Rules for Data Entry Application
1. Ideally open the App in Chrome ([login to view URL]) (To detect Langauge – use [login to view URL]) copy and paste the text for which you want to detect the language.
2. If the Langauge is Not English, just open the Language Combo or Keep pressing the short cut key (f) to go through the different language options. Once the language is selected – Save the Record and the Next Record will get shown. If the language is not in the available list, just select any language (other than English) and put the actual language as the Last Name.
3. Also if no data loads on the right hand side, just open the Account Issue Combo or Keep pressing the short cut key (a) to go through the different options, select the one most appropriate and move on.
Time to be spent on a Non English Record, should be less than 10 seconds as we do not require any data apart from Language. Such records do not count towards Completed Records or Payable records.
Actions for English Records Only. Maximum time to be spent is a minute, if in your assessment they are Good.
1. If the Language of Posts & Bio is English – press ‘f’ on the keyboard and English will automatically get selected
2. See the photos & posts on the right hand side, based on that check and populated the Account Type (short key d) – Individual (when all posts are of 1 person), Business (when all the posts are related to the business), Aggregator (it could be an Individual or a Business, but the posts are from varied sources and/or brands), Pet (when the posts are about an Individual pet), Website (when the posts are of a website), Bot (when they are automatically posted from other sources)
3. Classify the Account (short key s) – Good (Individual, Aggregator & Pet accounts will normally be Good, unless the accounts propagate profanity (in which case they should be classified as Bad), Bad (Business & Website will normally be Bad, if they only promote their own products and services, however, if the Business/Website promote other services/businesses, they should be classified as Good). Bots are always to be classified as Bad
4. Email – would be populated automatically, just visually compare that it is correct.
5. First Name – Select the text which you feel is the first name and press the Short cut Key 1, the name will automatically get populated in the First Name field
6. Last Name – similar to First Name, Select the text which you feel is the last name and press the Short cut Key 2, the name will automatically get populated in the Last Name field
7. Same the Record
Incomplete entries will not count towards completed or payable records.
We expect at least 500 Completed Good English Records per day. We will be providing logins to be the people who will be selected to work on this project.
Speed, Accuracy & Correctness of data is very important.
