I need to clean, parse and possibly add information to addresses in a spreadsheet. I also need to add the owner's mailing address and tax information to each line. This simple copy and paste work to a template but the provider needs to have a solid understanding of the English language. We will be using [login to view URL] to find the missing zip codes and the mailing addresses. This opportunity will be a repeat job for the right provider because I need these leads done twice a month and from different sources. If you are looking for consistent and recurring pay please respond to me asking how to complete a sample set so I can provide you with instructions. Sample set will only be 5 entries. Only willing to pay $150 for this first delivery of addresses because I will have to review and clean whatever you turn in because the first time is a learning experience. Pay will increase for subsequent projects.
