I am highly skilled and multi-talented with 36 years’ work experience and a proven track record for the last 16 working freelance as a PA/Virtual Assistant/Administrator for an Organisational Development Consultant and two companies.
I am based in Maida Vale, West London so attending meetings is possible and I am fully set up with a home office to deliver on the virtual services as well.
Key skills include: Lateral thinking problem-solver, acute attention to detail, managing diary appointments and meetings, good travel knowledge and experienced at booking flights for Europe and Worldwide, visa preparations and preparing detailed itineraries.
Also, an excellent communicator, written and verbal, proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint, creative designs for slides, presentations, flyers & handouts, dictation to typing, proof-reading & copy-editing to Oxford Guide to Style rules, can work independently and/or collaboratively on email traffic, invoicing and payments, spreadsheets, monitoring etc.
I also managed some aspects of the property upkeep and indeed have property management experience as well so generally quite a lot of know-how in this respect.
