Seeking a full time Data Entry Specialist You must be reliable, well-organized, fluent with computer navigation and Administrative Experience, self-motivated and positive, detail oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. Main Job Task and Responsibilities: •Provide office administration support •Vendor Data Management •Purchase Order Processing •Scanning and mapping of documents •Filing receipts in appropriate folders •Timesheet Entering •Creating/updating spreadsheets •Reconciliation of various types of accounts Qualifications: •Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Pro •Knowledge of Accounts Payable •Prior office experience needed with solid skill sets •Detail Oriented •Must be pleasant, professional, dependable and punctual •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Payroll data entry, collation, and monitoring of various time reporting documents •Bi-lingual English and Spanish
