Administrative:
1) performed sensitive function or assists in certain phases of operation/ work of a department/office such as processing of bills presented for payments by various suppliers/contractors as in the case
2) prepared and inputted transaction tickets for day-to-day operations of the department and preparation of payment of per diem, transportation, honoraria of resource speakers, cash advances, etc. Both tasks requires heavy data entry tasks due to volume of transactions of the department/s involved.
BPO/Call Center
1) involved in general ledger interface mapping and configuration for new and existing U.S. based payroll clients (B2B). As an SME, i used SAP and company specific applications. I was responsible for the analysis the client’s chart of accounts and mapping requirements, configuration of the application, and the successful file output based on client needs.
2) as a call center agent and Team Lead before, i SAP based and several HRM tools for processing, accessing and extracting customer data.
