We are looking for a driven, organized, and dependable administrative assitant The ideal candidate would have good communication skills as there will be interactions with guest in the role. Daily activities will include working with guest, processing paperwork, handling cash and preparing bank deposits, preparing shipments Duties include: data entry, online research, retail transactions, answering phones, and customer service. Ideal candidate will be computer proficient with emphasis on Excel, highly organized, and have great attention to detail. Purchasing experience and experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
