Ongoing weekly data entry & data processing work. We are looking for someone for regular data admin (data entry/data processing work) - 16 - 20 hours per week. We require someone to work with us on a weekly basis performing the following tasks: [login to view URL] add copy for ads (we will provide the brand name, model number etc - so that the relevant information can easily be found online. We will also provide a category heading template so that information can quickly & easily be identified. I.e. Brand: xxx Model: xxx RRP: $xxx Dimensions: xxx Etc [login to view URL] & paste the add copy (ad information) from online into word. [login to view URL] & Save ad copy information in alphabetical order so that you can easily access the information. [login to view URL] & Send Add Copy to us for storing files - so that we can add photos to the electronic files for each product. [login to view URL] & Manage Ads including copying & re-posting all ads on a weekly basis. [login to view URL] the add info to a spreadsheet & send it to us so that we can upload it to our woocommerce store of our website. We envisage that the work required will be approx 16 - 20 hours per week (on a weekly basis). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Must have a good understanding of English language & have good English reading skills. Please Note - to apply for this role you will need to have a good understanding of English (particularly English reading skills), you will not be required to write ads, though will need to find the relevant information online & copy & paste relevant data to be used for the ads.
