Part Time Receptionist

Our client is real estate firm who is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the face of their office. This positon is a temp to hire role and will be working a schedule of Monday-Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm. Responsibilities/Qualifications include: Supporting the office in an administrative capacity including answering phones, managing conference rooms, greeting clients, expenses, filing, ordering supplies, and doing ad-hoc projects as needed. 1-3 years of administrative experiences Bachelor?s degree preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software Ability to work 26 hours per week Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
