We need an answering service to cover our phone lines. The project would require 2 phone agents to take down customers details and enter them in to a webpage and submit that information. Its a simple task that requires a good command of English, speaking and writing. The coverage would be from 5am PST to 6pm PST Monday to Saturday. Please submit your proposals to us ASAP so we can interview potential companies to handle this task.

Hi, I have been in the Call Center industry for almost 7 years. I took calls for Comcast as a billing and collections representative. We explain bills and deal with irate customer's all the time, as a collections representative we make sure that we collect the balance owed by our clients. I also took calls for Sirius XM Satellite Radio as a Sales Representative at first then was transferred to Retention or Saves. Its an inbound sales department which often start up as inquiries and its our responsibility to convert the calls into revenue. As a retention representative we deal with customer's who wants to cancel their service because of financial issue's or just bad experience with the actual service. Taking down information over the phone is just a simple task for me.

I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes.
