I need information built into an Excel spreadsheet, about the rental listings on two web-sites for a specific location (Cottesloe) in Western Australia. The websites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] 1. Firstly I want to get (by email, or dropped into Google Docs) a Master Listing from Both Sites as to all the properties that are listed. I need basic technical data that describe rental properties such as location | bedrooms | bathrooms | carports | etc, and features such as Pool | WIFI | Air Conditioning | etc. 2. Second, with the [login to view URL] website, I want to flag properties that are blocked out for long periods from March onwards. These properties are of special interest to me, and will require further (different) data scraped about them. They will become a part of a marketing funnel. 3. Thirdly, I want to get/see a updates on the Master Listing from both sites, the nightly rental price for 6 months in advance. 4) Fourthly I want a weekly update of the "occupancy" as seen on AirBnB of the target area.
