Possible Roles & Responsibilities • Handle incoming & outgoing communication • Write & reply to e-mails, letters & documents • Plan & schedule meetings, appointments & conferences • Plan & schedule camp dates/locations • Organize camp & lesson signups and registration forms • Sort e-mails in folders (Outlook/Gmail) • Manage e-mail follow-up, templates and replies • Basic website content updates • Occasional content creation for social, website & blog • Upload/post YouTube videos & Facebook photos • Basic Accounting work via MS Excel • Create Excel spreadsheets • Prepare Google Analytics reports • Create letters, mailers and Microsoft mail merge projects • Help with snail mail & e-mail list preparations and campaigns • Handle customer service duties • Maintain customer confidentiality & business data security About You • Love checklists & working in a structured environment • Excellent attention to detail • Gets the job done right the first time • Intuitive, resourceful, savvy & task oriented • See projects through to completion • Organized, reliable, punctual & professional • Precise writing ability – good speller, sentence structure, grammar • Comfortable placing outbound phone calls & writing/responding to e-mails • Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail & Google search • Tech-comfortable with WordPress, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, MailChimp & Dropbox • Familiarity with Google AdWords • Comfortable with basic accounting, bookkeeping & cloud based applications • Strong computer and internet research ability • Good listening & communication skills • Excellent written/spoken English Based in the United States
