I am looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant who will undertake a broad set of administrative and clerical tasks, such as providing support, assisting in daily office needs and managing my general administrative activities. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. It is also required to have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant. The tasks will include, but not limited to, online research, sending and replying emails, excel data input & analysis, business research, business communication, report writing, proposal writing, tender documentation, etc. To get hired for this position, you should have good English writing skills and business understanding. You should be able to communicate with me regularly and quickly. Initially, this work will be for 2 to 3 hours per day but will increase if the fit is right and the quality of work is up to the standard required. I will pay you on weekly basis through Freelancer milestones. Please send me your relevant experience and provide samples of your work. cheers Tony

Hello, I graduated from Boston University USA. I have lot of experience working as virtual assistant doing online research, sending and replying emails, excel data input & analysis, business research, business communication, report writing, proposal writing, tender documentation, etc.. I have decent English and communication skills. I am very flexible in my work hours. I am available as per Australian time zones. My IT skills are quite decent. I have latest computer with 2-3 hours battery backup in case of power failure. Then a generator for back up is also available. As for my connectivity, have 2 internet broadband connections, the best there are in the market. Thus, I can remain connected with you, for full 8 hours of the day, without interruptions. Hi Tony, I have previous experience working in various roles in local government including the role of Admin & Events Officer for the Sustainability Team at Whittlesea City Council. I have strong communicative skills and experience producing corporate level correspondence and reports. In 2016 I conducted research and produced the environmental indicators report which involved creating graphs through excel and interpreting the research accordingly.
