I am looking for a bioinformatic analysis of RNA-sequencing data.
Specifically, we have 3 human samples (Illumina HiSeq2500v4 PE) to compare to 55 human samples requested from the BLUEPRINT consortium database.
This requires a scripted High-Throughput Sequencing analysis pipeline for batch processing from RNA-Seq raw data files over Quality control (with trimming, adaptor removal and secondary QC HTML output in FastQC format), genome alignment and transcript mapping (i.e. using STAR-aligner) to process all raw files.
Depending on the available computing recources this work should be done in 4-6 weeks.
